Hi Kelby,

I've done it before, and it's safe, but I would still play on the side of caution and only do it while a Humanware specialist is on the phone.

"The real problem of blindness is not the loss of eyesight. The real problem is the misunderstanding and lack of education that exists. If a blind person has the proper training and opportunity, blindness can be reduced to a mere physical nuisance." -- Kenneth Jernigan (President, National Federation of the Blind, 1968-1986

Subject: [Braillenote] Attachment Problem

I've recently run into a problem detaching attachments from
e-mails. When I click enter on an attachment, I get the standard
"detach or read?" message. If I press d or r, the device freezes
and requires a reset. Deleting all e-mails and attachments has
not solved this. I would resort to the solution of deleting the
e-mail folders database and resetting, but have only done that on
the mPower. Is it safe to do on the Apex?
