You might need to do a 4 5 6 reset on your apex too.

Good luck!

i just had to get a new iPhone because mine was not working as it should. I had no trouble pairing apex this time. I had a heck of a time with my first one... Maybe it was the phone after all...

Make sure there is no pairing between the iPhone and apex. Tell the
iPhone to forget the apex (settings, general bluetooth, double tap
apex, double tap "forget device", double tap the confirmation). Also
remove any pairing that may exist on the apex's end by looking in the
list of bluetooth devices in the bluetooth menu. Finally, try shutting
down the iPhone and then turning it on again. Note that shutting down
is not locking; press and hold the lock button until vo says "slide to
power off". Double tap, or just keep holding the button down. The
easiest way to see if the iPhone is off is to have it plugged into a
computer. When it shuts down, the computer will play the "hardware
disconnected" sound, if it is a Windows machine, and you know the
phone is off.

Hi everyone,
I just got an iPhone 4s for Christmas and am trying to pair it with my
Apex BT with Keysoft 9.2.
The iPhone cannot find the Apex for some reason, I tried to see if the
Apex can find the iPhone and it found it but I did not connect the two
of them.
I was listening to Alex's podcast and following the steps as the
podcast demonstrates and have no idea how to fix this problem.
Does anyone have any idea why the iPhone cannot find the Apex?
Thanks for all of your help.
