I think I recall that now that you mention it. I, too, have problems
with Amazon, but I do not think they were linked to a keysoft upgrade.
Rather, since other devices have the same problem, it seems likely
that the Amazon web developers changed something in the mobile site
that makes the username edit field invisible to these devices. I have
no idea if it is the form element type, a dhtml thing, or something
else, but it currently seems impossible. Contacting Amazon to let them
know seems the best plan of action.
I will have to look into the iOS app in the meantime; I never knew
they had one, and this might be much easier than fighting with a
limited mobile site that fails to work properly.
