Have you tried amazon.com/access? This is the slimmed-down, more accessible version of Amazon. This might work on the BrailleNote.

Hi Alex and All,

Perhaps you might recall a similar discussion regarding the Amazon site awhile back on the Sense note taker list. And, at that time, apparently someone had tried to sign in on the Amazon site without success, even though they had been able to do so earlier. I also tried logging onto that site, both with my Sense and Apex, and was unsuccessful in both attempts, even though I had also been able to use their site previously.

I'm visiting my family in Kentucky at present, and thus don't have my Apex with me to try with it right now. But, with my OnHand, when I go to the Amazon site, the mobile version comes up. I then enter on the your account link. And, although the information asking me for my email address and password is there, meaning the words do read, I am only able to get to the box to enter my password, but not to the one to give my email address. So, in my case, and of course I do realize this won't work for lots of folks, but I have resorted to using the Amazon iPhone app for my Amazon purchases.

When you say you can't get to the fields, do you mean that space-4-6
or 2-3 do not move to edit fields, or that the text boxes do not
appear on the display?

Hello All,
I have noticed, with version 9.2 that I can not get to the log in
information on most websites that I visit.
I am wondering, if anyone has noticed this as well.
If I go to Amazon or my credit card company capital one, and try
to log in I can not get to the fields that I need to enter my
e-mail or password.
If I space down, I can see the fields, but the braillenote will
no longer let me get to those fields and enter the information.
I am wondering, if anyone has noticed this with amazon or other
websites that you visit.
Thank you,

Robert Stigile
