Hi all, My friend has an mPower vn bt, ks8.0. While browsing the internet via wifi, he was prompted to save a cookie, and he declined. The vn locked up and has not done anything since. Its power adapter is connected, but nothing works. We have done a normal, 4-5-6, and service reset, as well as turning it off, re-attaching the adapter, then turning it on again. That last trick worked for me when my mPower would lock up like that, but it does nothing for him. Does anyone have any ideas to get the mPower back? Thanks.
