Hello fellow list subscribers,
I am overjoyed to announce the release of a new version of my playlist shuffling utility for the BrailleNote. I have made some changes that allow this once-simple web page application to do more than just shuffle your playlists. Now, you can have the whole playlist, or just some of the files play a user-chosen number of times, and you can even choose to have the playlist (or the selected files) shuffle during each repetition. I have updated the instructions with these features, and made them more detailed in some parts.
I've also added in a detector that allows quick and easy creation of playlists
for those of you who have Victor Streams. I don't have one myself, but a
friend helped me test the creation of a Stream playlist for his music.
Even better, I added a section to the directions that provides some advice related to creating and working with playlists. And now that my friend has confirmed that this new version also works on the apex (I have an mPower), I have added into the page a reminder that will appear if the option to enable scripting is disabled. If you would like a copy of the program, go to www.braillenoteusers.info, and go to the Program Library. If you need help with the application or just want to make a friend of me, I'm also available on keychat using the Google Talk ID in my signature at the end of this message. I hope you enjoy what I've enjoyed working on, and Happy New Year!
