The only way to exchange data between the two programs is by using CSV (comma-separated values) files. In Excel, save the spreadsheet as a csv file, assuming you have gotten the column names to match the keybase ones. Then import that file in the desired database. To go the other way, export the keybase database as csv, and open it in Excel.
