Leaving an sd card in the mPower is no problem. To be caucious,
though, remove it when you do any sort of reset. Also, be aware that
the position of the sd card slot and the way the case is made can
sometimes cause the case to push in on the card enough to trigger the
spring release, so you will want to check the card when you open the
case to be sure it is in correctly and not ready to fall out. A cf
card, by itself in the rear slot or in a pcmcia adapter in the side
slot, may be a better choice for permenant storage for this reason.

As to aligning text, the only way to do this is to set new line
indicators to no spaces or one space (open a document and look at
braille options in the options menu), then align things manually with
the spacebar. It is a pain to do, but it is possible. There is no
automated way that I can think of, however.
