Hi all, since I currently don't have a battery in my BNApex I have been using it on AC power and so far I haven't turned off the adaptor. However today I noticed the adaptor was getting a bit hot so I turned it off for about an hour while I went out. I have just returned and turned the adaptor back on and the Apex did it's usual reset but this time instead of going through the normal reset it came up with a error message. It asked me if I wanted to reset to factory defaults. When I hit the help button it told me if I press Y for yes the settings would go back to factory defaults and if I hit N for no it would do a soft reset. So I chose the soft reset and at the moment everything seems fine.
I'm not sure what happened here or if I should have chosen the other option but I will just have to see how it goes now. >From Shaz.
