Go to file manager, directory (browse files in ks9.2). Go to the
keymail folder, hit space-x twice to show hidden files, and space down
to directory of email accounts. Hit backspace-p on the file with no
extension and press u to unprotect. If it still does not work, repeat
the steps, this time unprotecting the cdb file instead.
