The only one I know of that works with Keychat is Google Talk.

Hi everyone. I'd like to know what instant messaging service
works with keychat. I have AOL and tried to use keychat with my
AOL email and password and it didn't work. Does AOL work with
Keychat? Am I doing something wrong? Any other recommendations?
Is there a service that offers just instant messaging, but no
email? Thanks for any help.
