Thanks for the info, however it does not seem to work on my m power. That command is to discharge the unit. Any other suggestions?

Hi. To format an SD card, first go into the options menu. Then press space with i to go into the support information mode. FINALLY, press s to format the SD card. The braillenote will ask you if you want to format the card. Press y, and the card should be formatted.
