That was how to do it on an apex. to do it on an empower go to
utilities menu and press the letter a. It should ask you for a drive
and folder. Go to the keysoft system disk windows folder. Then look
for the one that says prepare sd card for upgrade. Even though you are
not upgrading and just want to clean your card it will do the same
thing. At the command line prompt just press enter and skip it.
