Hi,
The download problem still exists under 9.2. Turns out its a parsing problem where KeyWeb grabs the wrong file name. And we've seen a pattern of this problem - this is likely to happen more if the file was generated dynamically as a result of file conversion or filling out a form, or if the site uses some scripts that KeyWeb has hard time understanding it correctly. Besides, BARD books are quite large (about tens to hundreds of megs in size since they are a series of audio files compressed into a zip file), thus its best to download it using a computer, unzip it to a folder and transfer the folder to the BN.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] downloading BARD books

Hi everyone,

I just recently installed the license key (I don't remember the
actual name of it) to the NLS Bard books. My Braillenote Apex
said that it was installed, but when I go to the BARD web site
and download a book, it says "failed to download file". What can
I do to fix this problem?

Thanks,

Winona
