I'm not sure. I think both Humanware and NLS need to collaborate on
what's going on so that it can be fixed, but I don't really know.
I'm still pretty new to the BN family.

This is correct. We are not able to downbboad Bard books from the
site directly, but the key on the BrailleNote will let us read the

That I know of the key only allows you to listen to the books.
You have to put them on an sd card then on to the braillenote.
