Hi,
I have also noticed that there are not many antonyms there. You
might try looking up the word on
www.thesaurus.com
Or, Bookshare has a couple of good thesauruses you could download
as a reference.

Hi! I would love the antonyms to be there! I never realized they
were
not there.

Subject: [Braillenote] Thesaurus Question
Hi listers. Can someone clarify something for me? Isn't it
typical of a thesaurus to include antonyms as well as synonyms?
The thesaurus which is part of the Oxford Dictionary software
doesn't include antonyms and I find this frustrating. Today, I
couldn't think of the antonym for service, regarding offering
service to a customer. I really needed to locate it in the
thesaurus but, of course, there were no antonyms. What are
people's opinions as to the inclusion of this in the Oxford
Dictionary software and how viable is it? After all, isn't this
something which sighted dictionary and thesaurus users would be
able to access as a matter of course?
Thanks.
Michele
