Hi,

Thes. I've tried a soft reset, but it doesn't work. How do you remove and reinsert the battery? Are there other ways I can fix this?

Hi,
Have you tried a soft reset to see if the Apex recognizes the
battery? If not, you might wish to remove and reinsert the
battery (before you do that, go to Main Menu) to secure the
battery in its slot.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Battery Question

Hi,

This started a few hours ago. Whenever I check the power status,
KeySoft says, "Battery removed. Adapter on." What does this
mean? How can I fix this?
