Hi, My Apex BT32 is running KS 9.20 build 1053. Lately it's become really unstable. Between various lockups in Keyweb and data misalignment errors, the Apex is becoming harder to work with reliably. Just like on a Windows PC, if I could reformat and rebuild, I'd do it. What's the closest procedure that I can do to tet this thing back up to spec? Should I do a 123 reset, reinstall KS 9.20 build 1053, or both? Any other suggestions
