Hi,
A number of procedures could be done first before doing flash reformat:
* Delete temporary Internet files and history.
* Remove unneeded emails and clean the trash.
* Suggestion: you might wish to remove unnecessary files from Flash Disk to enlarge free space on it, as more files in there could slow down your unit. If those doesn't work and you wish to reclaim flash disk space and to get some performance back, backup important files from Flash Disk and prepare the installation media for KeySoft extensions. Then perform flash disk reformat (Options Menu, Support Information Mode, then BACKSPACE with ER or CTRL plus Fn plus E; caution: be sure to move important files somewhere else, otherwise your files will be gone and user settings will return to factory settings).
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi,
I'm not sure but I've had the same problems.

Hi,
My Apex BT32 is running KS 9.20 build 1053. Lately it's become really unstable. Between various lockups in Keyweb and data misalignment errors, the Apex is becoming harder to work with reliably. Just like on a Windows PC, if I could reformat and rebuild, I'd do it. What's the closest procedure that I can do to tet this thing back up to spec? Should I do a 123 reset, reinstall KS 9.20 build 1053, or both? Any other suggestions
