My Apex has locked up. Two days ago I had an alarm set for a scheduled appointment , I turned on the Apex to cancel the alarm and it spoke Read the Alarm but would not let me arrow down or press the enter key. I tried resetting it using the reset button and it beeped, then instead of resetting and announcing the Keysoft version, it gave me a bong noise, then if a key is pressed it gives a Bing sound instead of reading the letter. That is the only sound it will make. I tried removing the battery and replacing it, it went through the same process and will still only do the Bing noise. I removed the battery and left it out for almost 48 hours then replaced it and it is still doing the same thing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
