Hello listers, just wondering who else might be having this issue?  I just 
upgraded from ATT DSL to ATT U-verse which gives much higher download and 
upload speeds.  However, when I try to send email from the Apex, I get an, 
Error 554, possible email abuse message and the Apex will not send my email.  I 
have checked with the ATT tech support folks and they don’t know what’s going 
on.  I have complained to HW and also a friend who has an Apex only to find 
that he too has the very same problem.  This problem only started happening 
after I got the upgrade. I am afraid this is one of those catch 22 situations 
where each company is going to point at the other guy blaming them and the 
problem will not be resolved.  At this time, I am just putting this out to see 
how many other  Apex users might also be having this same problem.  Best
