I wouldn't go for a lawsuit just yet; maybe AT&T support will be able
to fix something. If they can't help you, maybe you could file a
complaint with their management, but not a lawsuit just because the
Apex can't send email from a certain email provider. Besides, what law
are they violating? By the way, I am a member of the NFB, and I don't
think NFB would easily join you in that lawsuit unless you have some
law they are violating. But if you have any more info, it doesn't hurt
to try. Email me off-list if you want to contact the NFB governmental
affairs department, I can give you the contact info for them off-list.

"The real problem of blindness is not the loss of eyesight. The real
problem is the misunderstanding and lack of education that exists. If
a blind person has the proper training and opportunity, blindness can
be reduced to a mere physical nuissence." -- Kenneth Jernigan
