You need KeySoft 6.11. Please believe us. Contact HumanWare in the US and see if they still sell it. The KeySoft 7.2 upgrade requires that you are on KeySoft version 6.0 or higher. If your machine is not, then you will need to complete a separate installation procedure to upgrade your unit to at least 6.0 before continuing with upgrading to KeySoft 7.2..
