Hello all,

I have never been able to connect to my university's wireless network
on the BrailleNote Apex. The network uses WPA2 and a Radius server to
secure the network. Technical jargon aside, this means that whenever
you try to establish a connection to the network, you have to enter a
username and password. On a PC, an authentication dialog box would
come up. You'd type your username, press TAB, type in your password,
then press ENTER to establish the connection.

Well, on the Apex, the prompt does come up for a username, and the
help advises, "type your username, then press enter." However, there
is no prompt to enter a password. If, at the username prompt, you back
up a step, you're prompted for a domain, which we don't use, so it's
safe to leave that blank. However, after the username you reach the
end of the list. Upon pressing SPACE with E to exit the list, the
machine tries to establish the connection, but of course it can't
because it never prompted for a password. This means that the username
prompt repeatedly reappears until I exit out several times, at which
point the connection is never established.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Grant
