Hi,
In that case, the newer record will not be added since all fields in the record match the email headers.
Cheers,
Joseph

Ok. What happens if I use the sender to address list option in an
email that is from a person who is already in the address list?

Hi,
The record does get added to the database -
KeySoft gives an illusion that it did by not prompting you to
save it. And KeyList is smart enough to fill in the information
from email headers correctly to KeyList, hence the message
"resuming KeyList lookup" when "sender to address list" option
is
chosen.
Cheers,
Joseph

Ok. When I ad a new address from the keylist menu it asks me if
I
want to save it when I exit keylist. When I use the sender to
address list option in the keymail menu it does not ask me if I
want to save it when I go to exit. So the fields are filled in
but when I exit, The whole record goes missing. What am I doing
wrong?

It lets you add the sender of the email to your keylist
database.
It
will open a new record, filling in as much of the information as
it
can. You then check that it is correct in what it put where,
editing
as necessary, then save the record.
