Hi Ethan,

There apparently is a download bug in Keysoft 9.2 which prevents files from Online Converter, as well as some other sites, from being downloaded. HumanWare has been notified, but we (the users) haven't been notified of a fix as of now. In the meantime, if you need to convert a text document, such as a PDF, you can send it as an email attachment to [email protected]. In the subject line, put the file type you want the file to be converted to, for example .doc. Unfortunately, there is no solution for YouTube to MP3 conversion that has thus far been found which works with Keysoft 9.2.

Hope this helps,

Subject: [Braillenote] converter

Hi,
I've been using this site called online converter for about a
year. When I upgraded to Keysoft 9.2 this February, it stopped
working. It converts the file, but when I try to download the
file, it says failed to download file, which I hadn't gotten in
Keysoft 9.1. Is anybody else getting this problem. by the way,
the site is http://www.online-convert.com
Thanks,
Ethan
