Hi, I have the same problem. As soon as I selected the braillenote in my list of braille displays in Jaws it stopped working. I talk to a support person about it and they said I needed to run a repair of Jaws. Since I was using the latest update to Jaws I couldn't use the Jaws CD to do the repair I had to download the latest version from the Jaws website. I did all this and when I tried to launch the downloaded Jaws to get the option to repair it didn't give it to me. I ended up getting an error message saying I was already running a version of Jaws 13 on this machine. So I'm not sure where to go from here, I have thought about just uninstalling Jaws 13 and then reinstalling it to see if that works.
I'm not sure if it has something to do with the version of windows. I am running windows ExP with all updates. It is nice to see this isn't just me but sorry I can't really help you get out of the fix. If anyone else has any ideas I would love to hear them. >From Shaz.
