Hello, Can anyone give me a current rundown of the various resets? I've checked the manual and the clear reset says something about the unit clicking, which it doesn't. I have a feeling the appendix is out of date but not sure. Someone yesterday said that HW doesn't monitor the list, and I know that they do. I understand the frustration many feel about the features that the Apex doesn't have, and I feel some of that too. But to compare the Apex with a mainstream mobile device ignores the fact that this is a specialized market, with far less money at it's disposal. I can't imagine buying anything else, given the intuitiveness of the command structure which is important for those of us who learned the system on our own. Allison Fallin
