Hi Jessica, here are several things to try:
1) If possible, remove every subfolder within the folder you wish to
delete. Unfortunately, in Keysoft, every single sub folder within a
directory tree needs to be deleted individually. You cannot delete a
folder with sub-folders still in it.

2) Try a DOTS 4-5-6 reset, in case this is due to corrupted settings.
This resets Kezsoft's settings to their factory defaults, but does not
effect your data.

3) Have a friend delete the folder by connecting your BrailleNote to
their PC and establishing an Active Sync or Windows Mobile Device
Center connection.

4) Force a memory scan, and then try again. A memory scan can be
forced by pressing and holding the RESET button for about five
seconds.

5) Telephone Humanware technical support.

6) Backup everything else. Format your Apex, then restore. To format
your Apex, enter the Options menu with SPACE with O, enter the Support
Information Mode with SPACE with I, execute the Format command with
BACKSPACE with DOTS 1-2-4-5-6, and acknowledge the prompt with Y. Your
Apex will be reset to factory condition, and all your data will be
lost (note: you might decide this is a bit too extreme).

Keep us posted,

Grant
