Have you tried converting it into a Keyword Braille document? If what you're describing is happening when you are opening the document as a converted Keyword document, try opening the original DOC file. If both of these suggestions don't work, could you send the document to me off-list and I will see if the same thing happens on my Apex?

Subject: [Braillenote] What throws off the Apex's new Microsoft Word engine?

Hello all,

Well, I've finally found a Microsoft Word document saved in DOC
format, which doesn't render correctly when opened on the
BrailleNote Apex. The first couple of pages of the document,
including the table of contents, show up, but the rest of it does
not. It opens fine on my PC.

The document has multiple sections; do you guys think that's what
is throwing the Word engine off?

Grant
