Unfortunately the document doesn't render correctly when I convert it into Keyword format or just open it in the book reader. Of course, if, on my PC, I save it in another format such as plain text, then it opens fine. I'll experiment first to see if indeed it's a problem with Word sections, and then report back.

If what you're describing is happening when you are opening the document as a converted Keyword document, try opening the original DOC file. If both of these suggestions don't work, could you send the document to me off-list and I will see if the same thing happens on my Apex? Hello all, Well, I've finally found a Microsoft Word document saved in DOC format, which doesn't render correctly when opened on the BrailleNote Apex. The first couple of pages of the document, including the table of contents, show up, but the rest of it does not. It opens fine on my PC. The document has multiple sections; do you guys think that's what is throwing the Word engine off? Grant ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
