Hi, Yes. When I go to "optional applications" page, I get the behavior you've described. Once I refresh the page, the download links are recognized by Keyweb. Cheers, Joseph

No, it consistently doesn't work. Have you tested it yourself? Hi all, I have a rather odd question. Today I went to download the Concise Oxford English Dictionary and thesaurus from the following web page. http://support.humanware.com/en-us/support/braillenote_apex/softw are/optional_applications. Since I didn't have my PC handy, I decided to give it a go on the Apex. The page loads, but the Apex doesn't detect the links on this page! That means that the website is unusable on the Apex. What do you guys make of this - is my Apex simply acting funny, or are a number of you having problems with the Humanware website as well?
