Any iPhone4 or iPhone 4S, any iPod Touch fourth generation, and any iPad. For older devices (iPod Touch third generation or iPhone 3gs), you have to get either the 32 or 64 gb models, as anything below that does not have VoiceOver installed and cannot support it. Still, those devices are so old now that I doubt you would be happy with one of them.
