Well, we live and learn... Humanware should do the same though...

That really sucks. Its funny: when i double-space a file in the
ink-print layout list, it stays. I don't why it won't stay for
you. And yes: it is rather embarassing for a company as well
known and as respected as Humanware to not remedy this situation
sooner with the whole format issue you brought up.

Subject: [Braillenote] Layout formatting rant
Hey there,
Now this is just how Humanware seems to care about its loyal
customers.
With my Apex, I created a plain brf file, set up all the
necessary layout formatting such as spaces before paragraphs,
page numbering, and margins. Then, after saving the file, all of
the formatting goes back to their default state where everything
is 0.
I called Humanware, and the guy told me that they were aware of
this issue even on the mPower... I bet on the Classic as well.
This is so embarrassing for a company to be flawed since the very
beginning.
Does anyone have any suggestions how to set new defaults, I need
to create plain brf files with right formatting.
Thank you.
