so it came to my attention yesterday, the compitition, in this case, the braille sense, running an older version of windows CE, version 5.0 has ogg file playing support.
So this means that humanware has no excuse not to support this feature in windows CE6.0 w/Keysoft. It just requires the installation of the libraries.
