Hi,
Could HW include something like libavcodec? That supports mp3, ogg, wav, wma, 
flv, flac, aiff, avi, aac, m4a.... And the list goes on. It works on Windows, 
Linux, iOS, and 
many other platforms. Not sure if it works on CE, but it probably does.
