Hi Joseph, Why do you think that syncing both a BrailleNote and an iPhone with Microsoft Outlook would lead to compatibility issues? You're not dealing with interoperability of the two devices. Both devices would just be dealing with Outlook on their own.
That's not to say KeySync doesn't have its fair share of bugs, but there shouldn't be any issues resulting from syncing an iOS device and a BrailleNote with the same Outlook database.
