Hi, tonight I tried for the second time to set up my Apex as a braille display with my windows ExP notebook running Jaws 13. The first time I tried I was using bluetooth but this time I thought I would try USB. I went to jaws selected Braillenote as my braille display without any issues. Then I recieved the message that I needed to restart jaws for the changes to work. So I did this I shut Jaws off then tried to restart it. Jaws didn't come back up when I hit the command and there was nothing on the braillenote that I had already put into terminal mode. I then shut down the computer and turned it back on. Once windows was loaded Jaws which is set to start straight away didn't come up. I ended up bringing up an older version of jaws so I could then remove the braille display from Jaws 13 and then it loaded without any issues.
So I am wondering if there is something I am doing wrong or is it something with the latest version of Jaws or is there something else I should be doing. I really want to get the Apex working as my braille display for some work I am hoping to get, but this time I wanted it for a course I am doing tomorrow but I will have to go without this time.
