Hi,
One thing, I suggest you make sure wireless and bluetooth are
turned off. I don't have a Qt, so I can't tell you how to put
your unit in deep sleep mode. It might be a good idea to remove
any storage devices as well.

Subject: Re: [Braillenote] How To Deal With Reduction In Battery
Life evenwhen QT32 Is Turned Off
Good evening:
Yes, there is such a mode. Go to your utilities menu, then to
the misc
option. Go down the list until you see deep sleep mode, then
press y.
The next time you turn it off, it'll be in this mode, and when
you
turn it back on, it'll reboot with a hardware reset.
Hth!

Hi, folks.
I had not used my Braille Note Apex QT32 all weekend, and was
surprised
that, this morning, my battery percentage was down to 14%, after
being at
about 60% or so late Friday afternoon when I turned the unit
off.
Do I need to do something to reduce the drain on the battery
even when the
unit is turned off?
I seem to recall something in my Braille Note Training about a
"deep sleep"
mode, but can't find how to get to that at least so far.
Thanks for any help anyone can provide on this issue.
