Hello Zach, before sending it to HW I would try getting the compressed air for electronics and spraying your display with it. Hold the canne upside down so there's more of the cleaning solution in the spray. Hopefully this will dry the water from your display. You may have to do it a few times to see how it will work. After each time you spray it, exercise the display to make sure all of the parts are cleaned and hopefully dry.

Hi folks, A couple nights ago I was going to eat somewhere in downtown Denver. When I got to the bus stop with the apex, it was not raining. But when I got off the bus with the gps going, it was raining steadily as I tried to find the restaurant. Long story short, the braille display doesn't work quite the way it's supposed to. Any ideas on how to fix this?
