Hi,
It doesn't matter if you use the Apex or Stream to play it - it is just that
the download will not work on Apex, thus the notice to download it from the
PC. I'll make an FAQ note of that on the site this week.

This is a well known problem, as user hypothesis is that it has something to
do with Keyweb's address parsing problem or NLS path issue.

I installed the .kxo file and everything, and it said that a valid licence
was installed, but it's just not downloading.  It's just like the
Online-Convert thing.
