Hi,
A parsing problem is where a program reads a string incorrectly, or it reads
the string fine but interprets it the wrong way. In this case, KeyWeb might
not completely understand the URL syntax for NLS Bard books database,
thereby giving download failure notice (it happens when the URL is wrong or
the URL might not be the kind that the browser understands easily). Another
point that was mentioned is something deep that's going on with download
manager. As for the actual cause, I don't know (these are just my guesses
based on some testing results).
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi,
This is a well known problem, as user hypothesis is that it has something to
do with Keyweb's address parsing problem or NLS path issue.
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi Ethan,

Very weird. I hope somebody else on here can help, as I don't know how to
fix this. Sorry. If nobody else has any ideas, I would contact Humanware
tech support.

Chris

I installed the .kxo file and everything, and it said that a valid licence
was installed, but it's just not downloading. It's just like the
Online-Convert thing.
