Hi all. I got the news aboutt the new keysoft upgrade. So, I got all excitedd and downloaded and installed it. That whent fine, untill my apex said, "Please wait for reboot". I waited for reboot, and the little counter showed 10 for about 30 seconds, and then it flicked to 14. It has been on 14 for about 12 hours now. I can't access any of my files, because Keysoft is still trying to start up. Your help would be highly appreciated, as I am at school and need it for work purposes, so it is kind of urgent. Please reply as soon as you get this. Thanks so much.
