Hi,

The thumb-keys will only work when the braille display is on. If it is turned off, the thumb-keys aren't necessary and you'll just have to use the space bar. Regarding your other problem, that is rather strange. While typing this message, I experimented and the display didn't go blank. However, it did when I tried it in a document in Keyword.

Subject: [Braillenote] apex problem

Hi,
When turning off the braille display on Apex, it doesn't go blank. Instead, it continues to show the last message on the display. Also, the thumb keys don't work while the display is off. Has anyone else noticed this?
