I haven't read all the e-mails in this thread so sorry if I'm
repeating something, but Read Easy Plus also works similarly: you
can save files as .txt on to a USB and put it straight into the
BrailleNote

Hi,
I have a ScannaR with my Apex. You plug the Apex with the USB
into the USB port on the ScannaR. You can save documents
directly to the Apex that way. It's great for proofreading.

Hi all, I think the scanner that is ment to work with the
Braillenote is
called the Scanner R. It doesn't connect directily to the BN
however I think
you can save files down to a card or something to then be able to
read and
edit them on the BN. However it has been a few years since I
have looked
into this so I'm not sure if it still works.
