Hi,
I think Austin's problem is related to ROM image corruption during download
and/or flash disk hardware issue. In this case, I would lean towards the
latter.
You could try:
1. Backup everything from your Apex.
2. Format the Flash Disk (from Support Information Mode).
3. Download the upgrade from HW site. Then try installing the upgrade to see
what happens.
If the problem persists, try using an SD card to upgrade the unit. You might
also want to contact Tech Support later.
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi Austin,
I just upgraded my Apex to 9.2.1 and it all worked fine. However, when I was
downloading the file I noticed that the website said that if you have a
version lower then 9.2.0, you need a license file. It will count toward
your SMA. If you don't have a sma above 9.1, then it isn't going to work. I
am not sure if that is your problem, but I thought I would give it a try.
Good luck!

Debby

Well, I tried installing the software, with a valid licence, and it said
when it was extracting: " Installation failed, please contact your
distributor." What now?

 Hello,

I am in preperation for installation of key sofft version 9.2. I haven't
seen the software for it on the humanware website, but my general question
is, can you jump from keysoft 9.1 to 9.2.1? Is this possible without
corrupting the memory? I have already obtained the licence, but don't see
the software for 9.2 on the HW website.
Please
let me know, as I will not do anything unless I know that it'll be okay in
the end.

 Cheers,

 Austin
