Thanks to all for the responses! What is the "Amazon fix"?

Best,

Lucy

Hi,

I tried the Amazon fix and it seemed to work, except that after
signing in to Google I got the message that cookie functionality
was not turned on in the web browser. Isn't keyweb cookie stuff
always turned on? At least I have never found anything about
turning it on and off. I also looked in the manual this morning.

I have an Apex bt 32 running keysoft 9.1 and I can't sign in any
more either. Marvin, Can you fix the gmail page like you fixed
the amazon page?

Hi,
Another method to check whether email field type was used is by
saving the
page and examining the HTML code. I hightly suspect "email" type
was used
since Google uses full Gmail address for username.
Cheers,
Joseph

I do, yes. Next time I'll try turning it off and see if that
makes a
difference, though since the password field show up normally I
have my
doubts. Still, you bring up a good point.
