For the first one, exit to the address prompt and hit backspace-k to copy the address to the clipboard, then paste it into the email in the usual way. For the second, make sure you enter computer braille first or it will not come out at all. Whether or not the address is turned into a link depends on the program the recipient uses to view the message, but most nowadays do offer the option to simply click on the address.
