Hi Candy, When you initially installed active-sync did you say yes to the set up a partnership question? If you are using version 5 of keysoft you can answer this question with yes.
Also, when you connect to activesync via the Braille Note if you are connected you will hear a set of ascending tones from your computer, even by the way, if you do not have the pc end of activesync open.
