Candi, Try going to the file menu in Activesync and choosing "get connected ...". then, go to the utilities menu on the BrailleNote and click next on the PC. You'll hear a strange noise on the PC, count to three quickly, and hit c on the BrailleNote to connect.
See how you go with that. You would have needed to get Activesync going properly to use KeySync anyway. If you have any further queries, please let me know.
